02] By this application, the applicant seeks withdrawal of the amount, which has been deposited by the applicant as per the directions of this Court.

03] The matter has been compromised between the parties and, accordingly, the criminal revision has already been disposed of. 04] The non-applicant filed her reply that if the amount is returned back to the applicant, she will have no objection. 05] In view of the above, an amount of Rs.50,000/-, deposited by the applicant, along with accrued interest thereon, if any, is allowed to be withdrawn by the applicant.
