Learned APP has produced on record the death certificate of respondent/accused namely Shafiqsha Fullusha Musalman who has been expired on 27.04.2015. The true copy of death certificate and statement of nephew of deceased namely Razique Husain Ismile Shah is placed on record.

In view of above, the appeal abates and same is dismissed accordingly.
