At the outset, a prayer is made to declare that the respondents' failure to regularize the petitioner's employment, despite fulfilling all criteria, is illegal.

Be that as it may, the said issue is still pending and not decided by the concern respondent authorities, though the notice has been issued in the month of February, 2024 in this regard.

Considering the fact that the issue is still pending, we hereby direct the respondent nos.5 and 6 to decide the same issue raised in representation dated 30.09.2023 (page 76), within ten weeks from today.

The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks, thereafter. 6.
