Concededly, the purchase of the property by respondents 4 to 8 from respondents 2A and 3 is much prior to the institution of the petition.

In this view of the matter, the injunction as prayed, can not be granted.

Needless to say, if the property is purchased during the pendency of the litigation, the alienation, in
