By the present application, the applicant is seeking permission to serve the non-applicants by publishing a notice in the newspapers.

According to the learned Counsel for the applicant, in spite of all efforts, the non-applicants could not be served. The application is allowed.

The applicant is permitted to serve the nonapplicants by paper publication. The publication shall be in two widely circulated newspapers in the District of Nagpur, out of which one shall be in Marathi and another shall be in Hindi.

Notice returnable after eight weeks.

The application is disposed of as such.
