DATE : 20/04/2022 By these applications, the applicants are seeking relief in the context of the order dated 16/09/2019, passed by the learned Registrar whereby registration of the writ petition was refused on account of non-removal of office objections.

It is stated in the application that due to the health problem suffered by the Clerk of the concerned Advocate, the office objections could not be removed in time, leading to the aforesaid order passed by the learned Registrar.

A perusal of the papers shows that the respondents are all Government Authorities and the applicants in the main petition are seeking direction for measurement of agricultural field.

Since all the respondents are Government Authorities, and no inconvenience will be caused to any private party, considering the contents of the present application, this Court is convinced that the revision application can be allowed and delay caused in filing the same can be condoned.

In view of the above, both the applications are allowed, subject to office objections being removed within two weeks from today. If the office objections are not removed within the said period of time, the Registry shall take follow up action. JUDGE CHANDRAKANT KOLHE 10:15 KOLHE
