The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for the respondents.

The limited relief sought by the petitioner is for a direction to be issued to respondent No.1 to decide the Revision Application preferred

WP 2242-2022 Judgment by the petitioner under Section 138 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949. According to the petitioner, the said Revision Application was filed on 09/08/2016 and it has not been adjudicated till date. 4.

In these facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1 to decide the Revision Application expeditiously, if the same is pending, and preferably within a period of eight weeks from communication of this order by the learned Assistant Government Pleader to respondent No.1.
