Shri Saboo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petition involves challenge to an interim order, the main proceedings pending before the learned Industrial Court, Amravati itself can be directed to be decided within a stipulated time, for which, Shri Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent, has shown his willingness.

The writ petition is therefore disposed of by directing the learned Industrial Court, Amravati to decide Complaint (ULP) No.78/2021 pending before it, within a period of three months from today. The interim order dated 22/03/2022 shall continue for that duration.

The parties shall appear before the learned Industrial Court, Amravati on 22/08/2022 and shall place a copy of this order before the learned Industrial Court, to apprise it of the same.
