DATE : 01/12/2021 In view of the appointment order dated 29.11.2021, which is placed on record by the learned Additional Government Pleader, by which the respondent would be entitled to appear for the concerned examination by the Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited (MKCL) or another authorized institution for regulation of the services, nothing survives in this petition. It is however, made clear, that the order dated 29.11.2021, is subject to the statements made in the affidavit dated 14.11.2021 and so also the statement of Mr. Ukey, learned Additional Government Pleader for petitioners that till such time the result of the said examination is not declared the respondent shall be continued in the current employment.

Mr. Ghare, learned counsel for respondent states that in view of what has been stated above the grievance of the respondent stands redressed, in view of
(2) 7.wp.1733.2019 which, pursis shall be placed in Criminal Complaint ULP No.No.16 of 2018 and which shall be disposed of, in view of the pursis.

The petition is disposed of, in the above terms. No costs.
