Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The only prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious adjudication of the petitioner's tribe-claim of belonging to 'Mana' Scheduled Tribe.

Pursuant to order dated 11/04/2023 the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that within a period of six months, the petitioner's claim would be decided.

In view of aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.1-Scrutiny Committee to consider the petitioner's claim in accordance with law and decide the same by the end of December 2023.

Till such adjudication takes place, the services of the petitioner shall not be disturbed for want of validity certificate. 6.

Rule accordingly. No costs.
