This is an application for grant of stay to the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 27.11.2024 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in MACP No.878/2018.

The appellant is the owner of the vehicle and the entire liability is on him. He is ready to deposit 50% amount of the award within a period of twelve weeks from today.

In view of above, the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award dated 27.11.2024 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in MACP No.878/2018 is stayed during the pendency of this appeal subject to depositing 50% of the amount of award along with accrued interest within twelve weeks from today.
