The applicant is accused of murdering three women, and two were pregnant.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant Mr. S.V. Sirpurkar at length, I expressed my disinclination to grant bail.

At this stage, it is submitted that instead of passing an elaborate order, the application be disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

In view of the submission, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.

If the charge is not framed as yet, the same shall be framed within the next 60 days and the trial shall be concluded, as expeditely as possible and in any event within the next eight months.
