In view of the joint pursis, parties have compromised in terms thereof as informed by learned Advocate for the appellants. Respondent Annubai Sonwane is also present. She is identified by Advocate Shri Dutonde. Lady, who disclosed her name as Annubai Sonwane identified thumb impression of her left hand as have made it in token of compromise read over and explained, which she admitted as correct. In view of the joint pursis, therefore, there shall be a compromise decree in terms of joint pursis. The appeal stands withdrawn in terms of the compromise.
