This application is taken out for limited modification of the order dated 03.09.2018 as corrected by order dated 14.09.2018. The limited modification sought is that in stead of furnishing solvent surety for an amount of Rs.25,000/- every year, as is directed by clause 2 of the order dated 03.09.2018, the appellant be permitted to deposit Rs.25,000/- in cash every year. The modification is not opposed by Shri Narwade for respondent 1. 2] The civil application is allowed and the modification as prayed is granted. The appellants are permitted to deposit Rs.25,000/- every year instead of furnishing solvent surety.

3] The application is disposed of.

4] At the request of the learned counsel for the appellants time to file the paper-book is extended by eight weeks.
