Ms B.V.Reddy, advocate holding for Shri Vivek H. Kedar, advocate for the respondent No.2 has pointed out the affidavit of the respondent No.2 sworn on 5th February, 2015, particularly paragraph 8 of it, which is as follows : "8. I say that the orders passed by the Industrial Court and by this Hon'ble Court are fully complied by the respondent by giving all benefits, increments to the respondent."
The petitioner has neither filed any counter affidavit nor there is any appearance on behalf of the petitioner today. There is no reason to disbelieve the solemn statement made by the respondent No.2.
As the orders passed by the Industrial Court are complied with, as stated by the respondent No.2, there is no reason to prosecute the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
The notice of contempt is discharged.
