O R D E R

(Passed on 27.07.2024) Petitioner No.1-President, respondent No.1 and respondent No.2-Education Officer are personally present in the Court. Respondent No.3 is represented by it's Counsel. It is a common ground that the matter has been settled out of the Court on the terms mentioned in agreement, which is filed on record and it is a part and parcel of the order. The parties to the agreement admit the execution of the compromise agreement and also admit their signatures.

The learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submitted that he has no objection to the arrangement made in the agreement. In view of above, the petition is disposed of in terms of compromise agreement as referred above.
