Prayer is to condone delay in filing the second appeal. Reasons for the delay are mentioned in paras 2 and 3 of the application. The documents in support of aforesaid prayer are also filed on record.

The application is opposed by the non-applicant no.1 by filing reply. It is stated that the grounds given are not sufficient. It is further stated that the execution proceedings are also filed.

Considering the reasons mentioned in paras 2 and 3 of the application which are supported by necessary documents, I do not find that the delay has been deliberately
