The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 954/2020 registered at Gadge Nagar Police Station, Amravati for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 294 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The State has resisted for grant of bail.

Investigation is complete and charge-sheet has been filed. It reveals from the statement of both injured that co-accused assaulted injured Dilip by means of axe. The role attributed to the applicant is giving fiest blows and holding the injured Dilip.

Perused the injury certificate which shows that the injuries at scalp were caused by heard and blunt object. Having regard to this facts and considering his limited role, he deserves for bail, hence following order:- (I) Application stands allowed.

(II) The accused/applicant Vijay Shriram Vidhole be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(III) The accused/applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also shall not tamper with the evidence.
