This is an application for restoration of the contempt petition which came to be dismissed in default by order dated 2nd February 2025 for non-removal of office objections.

Learned counsel for petitioners submit that the petitioners are now ready to remove the office objections so that the contempt petition can be pursued on merits and, therefore, seeks restoration of the contempt petition.

Having regard to the contents of the civil application and the submissions advanced, the application is allowed. The order dated 10th February 2025 rejecting registration of the contempt petition is set aside. The petitioners are directed to remove office objections within two weeks.
