By this application, seven writ petitions specifically mentioned in paragraph 3 and few more writ petitions described as "etc." have been sought to be separated and de-tagged from the main matter being P.I.L. No.72/2010.

The learned Counsel for the applicant could explain to us only the distinction between Writ Petition Nos.2199/2010 and 2371/1997 and, therefore, to this extent only, this application can be allowed. As regards other writ petitions mentioned in paragraph 3 and also the petitions described as "etc.", no clue has been offered by the learned Counsel for the applicant. Therefore, this application is partly allowed.

caw.518.15 2/2 As regards Writ Petition Nos.2199/2010 and 2371/1997, which are directed to be de-tagged from the main matter and are further directed to be listed on board for hearing separately. The application as regards other petitions is rejected.

Shri S.M. Ukey, Additional Government Pleader for the State points out at this stage that Writ Petition No.5468/2009 is also the different and distinct matter, in which the issue involved is in respect of unauthorized buildings constructed in the peripheral area of Nagpur. Therefore, Writ Petition No.5468/2009 is also de-tagged and listed on board for hearing separately.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
