The present petition raises a grievance that there is no compliance of the order dated 11.08.2005 passed by this Court directing the respondent No.2 to pass an appropriate order according to law after hearing respondent No.4 and the petitioner in the said Writ Petition.

It is argued that till date, no such hearing was conducted and the respondent No.4 is continued on the post. Admittedly, the petitioner in Writ Petition No.1964/2005 is Shri Girish Sudhakar Dubbewar, whereas the petitioner in the present petition was Rushikesh Santosh Jogdande, who claims to be a Journalist. This is not a Public Interest Litigation and furthermore, he has approached this Court after 20 years.

Therefore, on the point of locus as well as on the point of delay and laches, the petition deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. (AJIT B. KADETHANKAR, J.) (ANIL S. KILOR, J.) R.S. Sahare
