By the present application, the applicant is seeking leave to comply order dated 14.11.2023. By the said order, this Court has directed the applicant to deposit additional 20% compensation amount. Due to non-compliance of the said order, this Court cancelled bail granted to the applicant during pendency of the revision application.

The applicant is permitted to deposit 20% additional compensation amount by way of Demand Draft. After realization of the amount, the amount shall be paid to the nonapplicant on executing usual undertaking. Insofar as submission of restoration of order dated 14.11.2023 regarding suspension of sentence and releasing the accused on bail is concerned, it is matter of record that inspite of giving various opportunities, the applicant failed to comply the directions deposit 20% of cheque amount. However, considering nature of proceedings, the order dated 14.11.2023 is restored subject to payment of costs of Rs.7,000/- to the learned counsel for the non-applicant.
