This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant considering the 13 years girl was subjected for the sexual assault. 3.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with direction to expedite the trial.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
