After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file after receipt of the report from Chemical Analyzer regarding the analysis of the mobile phone of the present applicant.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application with liberty as prayed for.
