The learned Advocate appearing for respective parties submitted that the matter is settled between the parties. The terms of settlement are placed on record of the Family Court, copy of the same is also placed on record by the learned Advocate for the Respondent vide Pursis Stamp No.2021. In view of the amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties, the petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent states that an amount of Rs.3,60,000/- is deposited by the Petitioner, which the Respondent is entitled to withdraw in view of the terms of settlement. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has no objection for withdrawal of the said amount by the Respondent. The Respondent is therefore permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,60,000/- alongwith accrued interest.
