Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.
It is not in dispute that the petitioner is claiming Parole for performing the marriage of his daughter which is to be held on 30.4.2015. Admittedly, there is no evidence to show that the petitioner has applied on that ground before the competent Court. We, therefore, relegate the petitioner to take up alternate remedy as is available in law. Hence, we make the following order :
ORDER
Criminal Writ Petition No.239 of 2015 is disposed of with liberty in favour of the petitioner to take up all the grounds raised in the petition before the competent Authority.
