DATED : OCTOBER 5, 2016 Shri Bhide, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, states that despite his best efforts to contact the petitioner and to ascertain whether the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting the writ petition challenging the order of the Scrutiny Committee, there is no response from the petitioner. It is stated that the case papers were returned to the petitioner when the writ petition was earlier transferred to Mumbai. It is stated by the learned Counsel that he does not have any instructions in the matter.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
