Shri R.K. Thakkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 is seeking time to file reply. He submits that respondent No. 2 is strongly opposing the prayer for amendment of the petition.

Copy of civil application is served on 01.03.2017. Hence, we reject the request.

Writ Petition is yet to be admitted. We, therefore, allow the present application.

The necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

All defences of respondent No. 2 are kept open and the respondents can file their reply/ additional reply, if any, within a further period of two weeks.
