By means of this Application, the applicant has sought leave to file Appeal against the order dated 10.1.2017 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class Lakhandur in SCC No.295/20154, acquitting the accused for offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
