Shri R.J. Shinde, the learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly states that the issue involved in this petition was also involved in Writ Petition No. 2974/2016 and this Court has disposed of the petition by observing that the petitioner therein would be required to file appropriate proceedings for changing the entries in the 7/12 extract. It is stated that it was also observed that as no proceedings were initiated by the State Government for the acquisition of the petitioner's land, the prayer of the petitioner for an order restraining the Government from acquiring the land of the petitioner therein, was premature. Hence, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 16th June 2016 in Writ Petition No.

21.06.wp.2044.16 2974/2016, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with no order as to costs.
