Learned AGP has tendered an additional affidavit along with the order dated 22.08.2022, whereby the respondent no.2Collector has declared the respondent no.4-Nitesh Sonwane as disqualified, in terms of Section 30(1A) of Maharashtra Gram Panchayat Act, 1959, which is taken on record. 2.

The Petitioner has put forth the following substantive prayers:- (i) Appropriate writ, order or direction and declare the election dated 26.09.2018 of respondent no.4 on the post of Sarpanch of Gat Gramanchayat, Dongartal, Tah.Ramtek,Dist.Nagpur is illegal, void ab-initio;

WP.1679.22 (ii) Direct the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to remove the respondent no.4 from the post of Sarpanch of Gat Grampanchayat, Dongartal, Tah.Ramtek, Dist. Nagpur, in the context of the order dated 29/7/2021 passed by the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur. "

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied with the order dated 22nd August, 2022. 4.

In view thereof, nothing remains to be decided in this petition. Disposed of as infructuous.
