After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time and on expressing that this Court is not inclined to allow this application, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application. He therefore, seeks liberty to move an application for grant of bail afresh, in case, there will be no progress in the trial.

The applicant is in jail since 05.11.2021. Accordingly, the liberty is granted to move an application afresh for grant of bail, in case, there will be no progress in the trial, in next one year.
