Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent nos. 3 to 5 are giving threats and therefore, police protection be provided. It is submitted that the petitioner has already moved an application before the Superintendent of Police on 16.06.2022.

We direct the concerned authority to consider the application of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
