Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 21.06.2024, disclosure as required by Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is received from the proposed learned Arbitrator. Hence, following order:

[i] Shri Justice Rohit B. Deo (Former Judge of the Bombay High Court) as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

[ii] The applicant shall deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with the Registry of this Court within six weeks towards proceedings charges.
