(Date: 22/03/2025) The petitioner has filed the withdrawal Pursis today, which is marked as 'X' for identification contending that the petition has been filed for seeking directions against the respondent/acquiring body to deposit the amount under Award. However, in view of Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh. Hence, petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
