This application is filed by the appellants for seeking permission to withdraw the amount. Appellant Nos. 2, 3 and 4 have executed their power of attorney in favour of appellant No.1.

As per the contention of the appellants, appellant No.2 is the married daughter, appellant no.3 is the wife and appellant No.4 is the sister of the appellant No.1. Due to old age, appellant Nos. 3 and 4 are unable to attend the Court for withdrawal of the amount. Therefore, they have executed power of attorney in favour of appellant No.1. 4.

Power of attorney is filed on record. It appears from the power of attorney that all other appellants have executed power in favour of appellant No.1. In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, appellant No.1 is rkn

After withdrawal of the amount, appellant No.1 shall file an affidavit to the extent that respective shares are disbursed to all the appellants.
