Paragraph no. 3 of the order dated 16.01.2020 records that the applicants/respondent Nos. 1 to 6 are permitted to withdraw the balance amount. It is brought to my notice that respondent Nos. 5 and 6 have expired and only respondent Nos. 1 to 4 had sought withdrawal of the balance amount. 3.

In the light of above, necessary correction be carried out in paragraph No. 3 of the order dated

Order 1CAF932.20 16.01.2020. The words "respondent nos. 1 to 6" in line no. 4" of paragraph 3 of the said order, be substituted with the word "respondent nos. 1 to 4". (SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) Gohane.
