This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 284 days in filing the Appeal.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the delay of 284 days in preferring the Appeal is hereby condoned. The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of.

C.A.F.NO. 3840/2017 By means of this Application, the applicant is seeking stay to the impugned judgment and award dated 20.1.2016 passed in LAC No.1790/2004. The learned counsel for the appellant/ applicant submits that the entire amount has already been deposited by the appellant in the lower Court on 26.2.2018. In view of the statement, there shall be stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment dated 20.1.2016 passed in LAC No.1790/2004, till final disposal of the Appeal. Civil Application stands disposed of.
