Issue notice to the non-applicant/State.

Shri V.P. Gangane, learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for the State and with the permission granted by this Court, files on record reply of the prosecution. It is seen that the illicit liquor has been seized. It is further seen that there are no criminal antecedents to this applicant. Therefore, I am inclined to allow this application. The application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.26/2018 registered at Police Station Chamorshi, District Gadchiroli, the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

ii. The applicant shall co-operative with the police in the investigation.

iii. The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
