By this application for speaking to minutes, the applicant/wife seeks correction in clause No.3 of operative order passed in Misc.Civil Application No.280/2022 in which it is mentioned, "The parties shall appear before learned Judge of the Family Court at Amravati on 15.3.2023". Whereas, the said clause No.3 should have been, "The parties shall appear before learned Judge of the Family Court at Nagpur on 15.3.2023." 2.

For reasons stated, the application is allowed. Word "Amravati" appearing in clause No.3 of the operative order passed in Misc.Civil Application No.280/2022 be corrected as "Nagpur" and corrected copy be uploaded.
