WRIT PETITION NO. 751 OF 2020.

As usual, the petition filed by Shri M.V.

Bute, the learned counsel for the petitioner, requires an extensively amendment.

The petitioner claims to be appointed as

2 8.WP.751-2020.odt a Assistant Teacher on 02.03.1993, a candidate belonging to Scheduled Tribe Category. However, the claim of the petitioner is that he was protected in service as per the Government Resolution dated 15.06.1995 and was adjusted to Special Backward Class Category.

A copy of such order is placed on record at page No. 32. However, the petitioner describes this order as service book. The annexure numbering is also not proper. The seniority list shows the name as Chandrashekhar H. Paunikar at serial No. 6287. However, the name of the petitioner in this petition is Chandrashekhar Madhukar Paunikar. Lot many amendments are required.

Hence, we permit the petitioner to properly amend the petition and pay the costs of Rs. 5,00/- (Rs. Five Hundred) to the High Court Legal Services, Sub Committee, Nagpur within a period of two weeks from today.

Put up this matter after four weeks.
