This is an application preferred by the owner of the vehicle, seeking condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of appeal, which came to be dismissed for default for non-removal of office objection. In the interest of justice, application is allowed and delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- with the High Court, Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur.

Appeal is accordingly restored to its original file subject to condition of appellant removing office objection within one week.
