Perused the contents of the application and heard the learned counsel. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the claimants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 7,50,000/- subject to filing an undertaking in this Court that in case the appeal is allowed, the amount withdrawn shall be re-deposited with interest at such rate the Court may direct.
