By this application, the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 are seeking permission to disburse the amount of share of respondent No.6 equally between the respondent Nos. 1 to 5. By order dated 23/12/2022, the respondent Nos.1 to 6 are permitted to withdraw 25% of the amount with accrued interest.

In the meanwhile, respondent No.6 expired therefore, his share is distributed among the respondent Nos. 1 to 5. 4.

In view of that, the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw the amount and share of respondent No.6 to be distributed between respondent Nos. 1 to 5. Civil application is disposed of.
