DATE : 24th JUNE, 2022 The reply filed on behalf of the respondent No.2 shows that as per the election programme, the election is over and the results were declared as far back as on 03/02/2022, itself. Therefore, the present petition has obviously become infructuous.

Needless to say, the petitioner would be at liberty to invoke Section 91 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, in case of any grievance.
