This application is placed before the Court for speaking to the minutes. The appeal is already disposed of by judgment dated 22.02.2023.

It is informed that in line No.6 of para No.33 of the judgment dated 22.02.2023, notification date 22/02/2016 is wrongly typed and it shall be corrected as 22/12/2016. 3.

For apportionment of the compensation amount, the claimant No.1 is the wife and claimant No.2 is the son of the deceased. Both are entitled to receive the compensation amount equally alongwith accrued interest. Hence, the said judgment be corrected as under :

a) In line No.6 of para No.33 of the said judgment, the date "22/02/2016" be corrected as "22/12/2016".

b) In Clause (b) of the operative part of the said judgment, after the amount of Rs.8,00,000/-, the words "(Rs.4,00,000/- each)" be added.

In view of that Civil Application No.639 of 2023 is disposed of.
