The Petitioners are seeking action to be taken under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.

The Petitioners, who are the borrowers of the Respondents-Secured Creditors, like any other borrower would

wp 1688.2022 have a remedy to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for redressal of their grievance, since the action is taken pursuant to the loan transaction by the Respondents-Secured Creditors. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepts that the remedy is available. Hence, it is not necessary to entertain this Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
