By the civil application, the claimants are seeking directions to the respondent No.2 -- Insurance Company to deposit the amount. Though, matter is settled in Lok-Adalat on 12.11.2022, Insurance Company has not deposited the amount yet.

The Insurance Company to deposit the amount within four weeks.

On failure to deposit the amount, the Insurance Company will liable to pay the interest. Civil Application is disposed of.
