Shri Sangrame, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant informed to this Court that the appellant is no more and hence appeal stands abated. 2.

The said statement is confirmed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor who submits that he has received letter from the Jail Superintendent on 17.09.2025 and in the said letter it is mentioned that appellant has expired on 27.08.2025. The copy of the letter dated 17.09.2025 is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.
