The Applicant/Acquiring Body is seeking condonation of delay of 190 days in challenging the Judgment and Award dated 07/05/2015 in LAC No. 583/2007, by way of the First Appeal.

The learned Counsel for Respondent No.1/ Original Claimant strongly opposed the application on the ground of delay being inordinate and unexplained. 4.

However, considering the statutory right of the Applicant/Acquiring Body and for the reasons mentioned in the application, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of its prayer.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. 6.

Appeal be registered after removal of office objections, if any.
